Went to a leaving do last night, so when the time was right I persuaded someone to buy some KP nuts for stacking.

Initially, there was a table full of nutters, all stacking away but quite soon fools started knocking the table, and the KP nuts were of such a poor quality that stacking became impossible, the stacking was soon over, with spent peanuts all over.

The best recorded stack was a 7-er, which was impressive considering how poor the KP nuts were, mainly tiny whole nuts or small halves, nothing you could have made a decent base-stone with, and greasy beyond belief.

Lesson to learn, when introducing nut balancing to newcomers, always pick a dry-roast. They are much grippier and seem to offer a better sized nut for balancing.
